Our Support Crew

  • Chase

    Herd Leader

Chase is our mature guide. He has a calm, wise presence and patiently allows others to learn from him. Chase is on the look out for danger and directs his herd to the best eating spots.

  • Dexter and Caspian

    Buddies

Our mini horses are the best of friends, yet so different. Dexter is inquisitive and courageous, while Caspian shy and reserved. Dexter likes to move, whereas Caspian will stand with you to be groomed. These little brothers are sweet natured and very cute.

  • Bennie

    Loyal friend

Bennie is the gentlest of border collies. He loves to sit with you and receive lots of pats and attention. He has a very calm and gentle nature, though also loves to round up the sheep! He is our therapy dog in training.

  • Tex

    Big Dude

Tex is a very relaxed and easy going horse. He enjoys “hanging out” with you, especially when you give him a scratch around his ears. He also loves his food, being with his horse buddies and having a snooze in the paddock.

  • Al

    Investigation Officer

Al is curious about everything and loves meeting you up close and personal. He’ll sniff you down if you let him. He is a wonderful protector of our sheep and lambs.

  • Bella

    Guardian

Bella is another special care-taker of our lambs and chickens and lives on the paddock with them. She is very friendly, but we also respect her role as a working dog, to keep guard rather than play.
