To book an Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy or Equine-Assisted Learning session, please contact us directly.

To gather additional information about our consultation options, feel free to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation, which are booked with online booking form below or by contacting us directly.

A referral is not required from your GP or other practitioner to access our services. We welcome self and plan-managed NDIS clients.

Fees & Policies

Individual & couple sessions

Payment is made via tap-to-pay or EFT upon invoice following the session, and is to be paid prior to any future sessions. If sessions are cancelled within 24 hours of the booking, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost will be applied and a 100% fee for no shows. Extenuating circumstances may waive the cancellation fee.

Please note that Counsellors do not qualify for Medicare rebates, and we are unable to process claims through Medicare. If you are facing financial hardship, please contact us to discuss fee options for future sessions. We are committed to finding a solution that works for you.

Group sessions

A deposit may required at the time of booking to secure your place. If cancellations are made less than 48 hours prior to the session, the deposit may be forfeited. Extenuating circumstances may waive the cancellation fee.
