Fees & Policies

Payment is made via tap-to-pay following the session, and is to be paid prior to any future sessions.

If sessions are cancelled within 24 hours of the booking, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost will be applied and a 100% fee for cancellations within 4 hours or no shows. Extenuating circumstances may waive the cancellation fee.

Please note that Counsellors & Psychotherapists do not qualify for Medicare rebates. If you are facing financial hardship, please contact us to discuss fee options for future sessions.

A referral is not required from your GP or other practitioner to access our services.

We welcome self and plan-managed NDIS clients.
