Lindy Spanger
Hi, I’m Lindy.
I am a Soul Centred, registered Clinical Psychotherapist, and I have recently completed training in Equine Assisted Learning and Psychotherapy. It is a privilege to bring together my deep love of horses with my lifelong passion for healing.
Horses have always been a grounding and guiding presence in my life. As a teenager, volunteering with Riding for the Disabled revealed to me the profound therapeutic connection possible between horses and people, and it was this experience that first inspired me to follow this path.
Growing up with my own horse gave me confidence, calm, and a strong sense of purpose. That deep and dependable bond shaped me, and I carry those lessons into the work I now share with others.
I look forward to spending time with you in this space, alongside the wisdom and presence of the horses.
