Here’s how we can help
-
Dealing with anxiety and depression can be tough as they often go hand in hand, making stress and self-doubt worse. Whether it's constant worry, exhausting overthinking, or low mood, we work with the mind, body and heart to support emotional and nervous system regulation, acceptance techniques, and challenging thought patterns help you regain confidence and balance.
-
As social creatures, our connections with others can deeply impact on our sense of self and emotional wellbeing. Sometimes, the ways we communicate or behave in relationships might not be as helpful as they once were. Let's work together to rediscover connection, nurture intimacy, and develop healthier patterns that strengthen and sustain fulfilling relationships.
-
Trauma is an emotional wound that can alter our thoughts, behaviors, and how we relate to others. Emotional trauma affects the body, causing disruptions in the nervous system. Our goal is to work together, employing evidence-based methodologies to identify and process your trauma in a way that feels safe and right for you.
-
Social-Emotional skill development involves refining your emotional intelligence, communication, stress management, resilience, and conflict resolution abilities. These skills empower you to navigate challenges confidently, foster healthier relationships, and lead a more fulfilling life.

Sense, experience, heal
Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP)
Expanding on traditional counselling and psychotherapy, the equine assisted approach is unique, relational and experiential. Here, "the horse" serves both as role-model and co-facilitator, where they become a safe medium for exploring our experience of “self”— thoughts, feelings, body and behaviour, in relationship with another — without judgement or expectation. The connection between humans and horses can also contribute to emotional regulation and an enhanced sense of wellbeing.
