Nourish & Replenish
A restorative day of connection, learning and renewal with horses
Take a day to nourish your mind, body, and soul. Instead of finishing the year feeling tired and depleted, give yourself a chance to move into your summer break feeling refreshed and restored. Set in the natural surroundings of Edenhope Homestead, this immersive experience with our beautiful herd of horses offers space to slow down, recharge, and feel supported as you wrap up the year and transition into the holidays.
Led by experienced Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy practitioners, this gentle experiential PD invites you to reconnect with yourself, the natural world, and your professional purpose. Through meaningful interactions with the horses, reflective moments, and creative resourcing, you’ll explore trauma-informed and embodied practices that support wellbeing and professional growth.
